Does Lee "force" many passes? He's a senior, he should be smart enough to throw it in the stands if everyone's covered.

18 td's 18 int's...what does that tell you? Lee doesn't like to take a sack, so his problem is he just tosses it up sometimes. He has a very good arm, pretty accurate, and extremely quick release. I think he struggles mightily with leadership though and that'll be the biggest test. Everyone keeps comparing JJ and JL simply on the field, but it's off the field stuff that seperated them.

This JJ crap is not good and being blown way out of proportion, imo, but I think it also shows he had teammate's backs and they had his. Just kinda my take on it. The fanbase is split on whether they have confidence in JL or not, I just hope the players aren't because reports were JJ was the unquestioned leader of the team.

Yes, he does force passes. That's how he threw 16 INTs in 2008 (a whopping 7 of them returned for TDs) Even last year some of his passes against Auburn were pretty borderline, although both QBs stunk it up in that game.

But he has a quick release, and a strong arm. Also has a pretty long ball, and looks pretty effortless throwing it.

Lee might still be the starter if he had not thrown 7 pick 6's his frosh yr. He and JJ got forced into action too soon when Ryan Perrilloux got the boot from the team. He is a pure passer. LSU fans are waiting to see how much he has matured and how much difference dropping 30 lbs has made to his mobility. Last year he was bright in on a last chance play in The Swamp to through a perfect fade to win the game on the road so he has kahoonas.
