THe more stories come out the more it looks like the girlfriend story posted days ago appears to be true.
While this does not exclude Jefferson's alleged actions this DOES help in the fact that the "victims" asked for it.

This sounds very believable IMO. Would not be shocked if this is exactly how it happened. Lowery does come off as a fricking toolbag that would start fights like typical trash.

At most, misdemeanors will come from this IMO.
I don't think anyone in the end is convicted of a felony, because it almost never ends up that way. I do think players will be charged and likely plead it down to a misdemeanor.

They still blaming JJ and defending the Marine and his buddies even though it now looks like they waited outside to start a fight.

Does anyone know if the blonde girl in the video is the said ex girlfriend of lowery's? Just wondering if the ex girlfriend has come forward to tell her side. Sorry if it's already been said I might have just missed it.

Sorry if already mentioned or posted didn't want to read the whole thread. But I know one of the shadys employees and he claims JJ didn't do anything and he talked to the cops and told them that today. That's all I Know. Take it for what it's worth from all the other ppl said to have sources and know info on this whole thing.

Unless something significant gets released, I don't know if anyone gets a second degree charge.
You are assuming that truly unbiased witnesses haven't given a different account of Jefferson's actions than what is in the incident report.

It has happened. They made their statements to the police.
Just not released to the public yet.
Lowery hasn't made any public statements either if I am not mistaken. His statements were made to the officers on the scene. Then later down at the station, which at this time still has not been released.
The point being, you don't know if anyone else has named names. For all anyone knows the the other 3 victims statements are all credible.

Yeah, because statements that a punch was thrown inside clearly and definitively prove your version. I've met blind nuthuggers, but some of y'all are ridiculous.

And by legal definition most of the patrons of that bar were guilty of DUI when leaving the parking lot- but that isn't how this game works.
I think there's a decent chance you're right, these are friends of Lowery's who weren't inside Shady's with him that night, and talked a little shite in the parking lot that normally would've just lead to a few words being exchanged, but because of their association with Lowery things escalated. They probably didn't even know anything about what Lowery did inside the bar earlier that night, and actually I doubt they knew until quite a few days later.
But those guys hitched themselves to Lowery when they lawyered up together and let his bullshite Marine saves the day initial story set the narrative.
Now that has all fallen to pieces and its game over.
