I know this may be better for the ticket board but figured I may get more responses from the rant.

Basically, I didn't think I'd be able to make the game, but now I can. Turned down tickets at face from friends earlier because I didn't think I'd be able to make it.

Anyways, should I hold out buying for now and buy maybe next week? Or do you think that tickets have hit their floor and I should just go ahead and get them.

Going to go either way, so I was just wondering what yall thought about which way the prices will go closer to the game.

Ya those are gone. Sold a long time ago to someone else.

I'm basically looking to buy from stubhub at this point.
Nosebleeds about 220 at the moment.

Tickets at face value when Oregon is involved is nonexistent. The stadium has sold out every game since 1999 and is over-capacity on gamedays. Last year's game vs. Auburn was the single-most expensive ticket on average in sports history, I paid $900 for my endzone seat and thought that was a steal compared to what some paid.

And now this game vs LSU, despite being in a stadium that holds in excess of 100,000, also is the most expensive ticket in the country.

It will not be set up for 100K+. It will be set up for around 80K, smaller than LSU's home stadium. It is the most expensive ticket, but it's not due to Oregon fans. LSU will have far more fans in Jerry's World 9/3.

I'd wait till game day and just go to the stadium a pick some up. You will be able to do better than face value.

Ticket prices continue to drop this week and will drop more next week. StubHub prices have dropped dramatically over the last 2 weeks. You can get 1 ticket in the Club level (Oregon side, Section 238) for $325, not including fees, and this is only $125 over the face value of $200. Granted it is only 1 seat, but you might start looking for singles to get the best prices.

Also, set up a price alert on StubHub and you will find tickets at face value next week. LSU fans are driving up the price, just like Auburn fans for the BCS game. Oregon fans don't travel well and will have less than 20% of the crowd. Look on Dandy Don's Ticket Exchange and there are several tickets for sale at face value. I would avoid the 400 level. Look for 300 or 200 level in corners of the endzone and you will find those the cheapest, especially if you are willing to sit on the Oregon side. Looking at StubHub, the tickets on the Oregon side are about 25% lower in cost than those on the LSU side. The facts don't lie.

Don't read the Oregon fans posting on here, as they don't understand the economics and are not used to a game like this and how tickets prices always come down.

400 Loge seats are great anywhere between the goal lines.

StubHub dropped $30/ticket yesterday. Single uppers are at $166, pairs at $185. Give it a couple days and the prices will be in your range. Too many tickets available 10 days until kickoff.

Could not have said it better myself. Dont let people get top dollar for tickets. The closer to gametime the more people won't want to hold on to them.
