Cotton bowl game was wet this year. Not sure if that compares to a regular season game.

They sold beer at the OSU TCU game last year so I assume they will sell it this year. I think the fact they are in a pro stadium gets them an exemption. But as a previous poster said, bring a years salary and pop a couple roofies before the game to get a buzz.
