Kind of easy when cops let your players go after they admit to smoking weed and then drive 120 MPH.

I am contacting my local congressmen today and I will be informing him of Oregon laws. I want Louisiana law to state that "LSU football players are exempt from crimes while they are starters."

Hey look, I have never done it, or any kind. So I am easily the opposite as a stoner. However, in Oregon law they have to have physical proof of it on you to bust you for it. Being high is not a offense in Oregon law unless you are high while operating a car or something. And the cop did a long eye test and talk the line test and easily passed it. Smelling weed is probable cause to search vehicle, and if you watched the video, you could tell they wanted to, but there was no on duty guy at that time with dogs and the cop said, "well, he has been stopped now for quite a while, but you know we cant keep him here until we can find a unit with dogs". And yes, they could of searched vehicle, but the cop seemed to trust their account and many times the boys offered to let them. And the tape ends, so we don't know if they ended up doing a hand search or whatever. The tape ends.

And actually the smartest thing Cliffy could of said was that"it was all already smoked". As in Oregon law, that right there protects you. I do know it sounds odd, but it is true. However, I Cliff is not the smartest guy on the block(actually one of the least smart) and one could tell Cliffy was just being honest with them and not trying to be cleaver. He got lucky, for his honesty saved his butt. Thus in Oregon, you are only caught, if they find it on you. That or you test high, and they do not do blood or piss tests for that with police.
