I have to stress, prestige and powerhouses do not necessarily go hand in hand. Michigan has great prestige, as does Notre Dame, and they suck. Stanford has 4* prestige, but they are awesome. Etc, etc.

4*'s cover a wide range of teams. I think you need to limit Overall ratings too.

I actually run 7, and feel that is runs about right. Take a survey and see what people want. At first people said 7 was long, and they wanted 6, but stats and scores have been very realistic so far with 7 in my dynasty.
