What would you think if both TX & TX A&M got invited to the SEC?
What if SEC pulled a slick one and invited A&M and they accept, then announces TX will be the 14th member of the conference?

Can't happen. SEC wouldn't allow for the LHN to exist.

I don't want Texas. Let them do their own thing. The SEC doesn't need an alpha male.
Regardless, Texas is not a good fit in the SEC IMO. Texas A&M brings you just about as much as Texas brings, and without all the baggage/issues.

Texas would never come to the SEC because if they tried to run the show like the do in the Big12, the other SEC Presidents and ADs would monkey stomp them....

I would welcome Texas to come along, but they never will, for reasons already mentioned by others in this thread. They don't want to be just another fish in the pond, which they would be in the SEC.
