So since someone didn't go to LSU they can't support them. Better kick out half the people that go to the games then.

Take the trip with me from Shreveport to Baton Rouge on Friday afternoon prior to a home game, much less on game day and you will see how many vehicles I see streaming down I-49. Discount the ones with Texas license plates and I still pass or am passed by dozens and dozens of cars with some sort of LSU decal before I even get to Alexandria. Driving around Shreveport, by far most of the decals I see are LSU and most have LSU and Saints decals. I actually as many Bama decals as I do any school from Texas or Arkansas, but LSU reigns. Finally, drive through my neighborhood - LSU flags on one out of every ten house.

I think it was the purple watch band on his limp wrist and matching necklace that caused the problem.

also, might want to give back all the money donated to the school/athletics by the many non-alumni donors throughout the state. obviously they're posers as well.

I also want to say to all these "fans" of the professional teams that you need to stop jumping on the bandwagon. if you didn't play professional sports, then you're nothing but a poser who doesn't deserve to root for the team. in fact, the only television show i watch is Antiques Roadshow, because I've been to an antiques store before.

yeah, i'm sure the same doesn't apply to Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Opelousas, Thibodaux..

My question is Shreveport LSU Texas or Arkansas territory?
Is this a serious question?

Wow what a tool! Most of LSU's fans didn't go to LSU. It's the same with pretty much any big time college program.

Huey P. Long never went to LSU...I'm glad he chose to be a "bandwagon" fan.

So you think that only LSU alumni should be able to cheer for the Tigers?

I've lived here a little over a year and have met some Texas fans. Not a ton of them by any means, but there are definitely some here.

He seems kinda dumb. I doubt LSU really wants him as an alumnus.

1 in 100 ??????? Really?
So if there are 10,000 LSU alumni in Shreveport (a conservative estimate), that means that there are ONE MILLION bandwagon LSU fans in Shreveport?
Posted on 7/19/11 at 1:41 pm to MetryTyger
MJM, I'm sure I was cheering for the LSU purple and gold before you were born.
