LSU has had the second toughest from 2003-2010. The toughest? Arkansas - little surprise there. After all, Arky has to play LSU every year.

I'm not disputing your link or the conclusion they draw - since they are perfectly legitimate IMO

But SOS can be calculated in wildly different ways depending on who is doing the numbers. And in some ways that can make sense - because how difficult a schedule is for a team is highly dependent upon how good the team in question is

That is, a hard schedule for a great team requires other great teams on the schedule... a hard schedule for a bad team just requires you play a lot of average or above average teams
