I've been in them.
You draft team positions normally:
Hawaii QBs
Hawaii WRs
Texas Tech QBs
LSU RBs
LSU Ks
LSU D/ST
..etc.. Draft the system, not the individual players.

Doing one for some SEC Rant folks and did it last year with CBS sports'. Solid program and you can draft just certain conferences. Last year I allowed the player pool to be from SEC, Big Ten, Pac12, Big 12 and Independents. This year, I swapped Independents for the ACC.

ETA: nvm, yea they have had player names for a couple years now. How can CBS get away w/ using player names but EA is in trouble for using a likeness?

ive done a college league before. Unless you get 20+ teams it really sucks

Well I would think we would have no problem getting enough people to participate on here....and yes it's BCS only + the independents which is 70 teams and it is individual players.

We will shoot for 24 atleast that way we can have two 12 team conferences everyone plays then you have two conference championship games followed by the title game.
And Denard Robinson will not be nearly as valuable without RichRod, yet someone will still pick him in the first round no doubt.
