I agree with you. He is a very good basketball player. However, we've lost other (better) players and everybody was upset for a few weeks and then let it go. Why can't we do that with MT?

I know the team sucked, but everyone related to the Kings was all over his jock at the end of the year. They freaking loved him. He dropped like 16 points in the 4th quarter of his 2nd or 3rd game, and the coach admitted Thornton didn't even know the team plays at that point. They just let Marcus do Marcus.
