Tiger Band members are paid $640/semester (it might be more now idk) - which is a very small unofficial "scholarship". And not all college band members are paid. That's just LSU that does that.
It's still half of what the monthly value comes out for what football players are given (as it should be).

Why is it ok for band members to get paid a little something, but not athletes?
