No, the main focus on Saban was a development in Houston, in which he was initially a 49% partner in. But Spinosa would up taking over as the sole member, so that could save Nick's arse.

The thing in LA is Perkin's Rowe, and the only reason Saban was involved was because the lender knew that Saban and Spinosa were friends, so they tried to get financial info from Saban regarding Spinosa. Obviously, Spinosa's lawyers squashed that.

I've seen a deal like that a time or two. I knew a judge who was silent on some properties...bars/strip clubs...and when they ran into some issues, his name was nowhere to be found. Power is awesome.
