Rumor has been that Bourque will be going to the LSU picnic with Dural, but he said they haven't discussed it in a while. He may end up going, but he wasn't sure at the time.

I think someone said that on TSD as well. It is pretty funny that all this stuff is popping up right before LSU has the bayou picnic thing though. It sounds like these aggy 'writers' are trying to stir shite up to keep him from visiting LSU and getting the correct story.

I'm looking at their recruiting board, and they have just as much LSU talk on there as we do. It's kind of strange.

Personally, I feel the best about Bourque. If LSU pushes hard on Hawkins and Monroe, I will be worried.

I'm not sure that we push for Monroe. I think he's coming to our camp to compete for an offer with like 8 other guys, but I think we go a different direction.

Not only are Dural and Bourque friends, but Bourque's 1st cousin is another Breaux Bridge WR Kavahra Holmes. Holmes ran the fastest 400M time in the country this year as a junior. If he has his heart set on running track at LSU, don't be surprised if he's in Bourque's ear along with Dural.
