Barring a 2007esque season... should take the Pac 10 out of the BCS NC game, correct?

No

Stanford, Arizona, hell even a 1 loss Oregon can make up a lot of ground starting out the season in the top 5.

Not really, lets say it's a very close game, 14-13 and both teams go undefeated the remainder of the way. Assuming all other contenders are one loss teams. I could see an LSU Oregon rematch.

Does the Pac 12 start their championship game this season?

Negative.

Anyone undefeated the whole season would probably get in unless there are 2 other major conference undefeated teams, then its an unknown.

Undefeated SEC team is definitely in.

Yep, and quess what? It's played at the HOME of the qualifying team with the best record. So I'd love to see it played at Autzen?

Hence, I'll take a one point win over the Tigers no question about it!

Doubt a rematch would be voter friendly, especially a 1 loss Duck that lost it's last 2 clashes with an SEC champ.
Would be more likely other way around with Ducks giving LSU it's only loss..........but that shite ain't happening.

With the current system, no way this happens.

Happy you approve.

Where would you hold a Pac 12 championship game? Qwest Field? There aren't many attractive options.

I was just joking. To answer your question I'd have to go with this:

I suppose that could happen.

Playing it at the home stadium of the team with the best record also avoids this sort of thing:

...particularly in the event of a Washington State vs. Utah.

And if yer makin' fun of my handle, boy, you best learn up some spellin'. ;-)

Just curious who the second SEC champ was that Oregon lost to. In the last 20 years, I believe you will find Oregon is 3-1 against the SEC with Auburn being the only loss.

Actually, it's smart on the PAC-12's part. Most conference championship games don't draw large crowds. The PAC-12 is guarnateeing a packed house with this schedule feature.

guess you missed in his point where he's saying in this hypothetical situation, oregon would have lost to LSU in dallas therefore having lost their last 2 matchups with SEC champs (also was assuming LSU won the SEC to have that LSU-UO rematch in the NCG)

And no. Stanford could easily be better than Oregon.

Ok, I see. Sorry I some how haven't accepted the concept that the Ducks could actually lose that game.
