Just found this video. Man a case of beer and this could be one hell of a time. 
Just drive around a fill the box. These guys had 20 jump in the boat in 4 minutes. Not sure my kids would be able to go fresh water boating without foot ball gear on

Why not just mount a soccer goal on the back of the boat and run down the river.
Looks like passing 1 school is all it would take to hit your limit.
