Yes, but you are basically wanting access to another companies email server, which will never happen. Make them sign an NDA if you are so nervous, then you can sue them if they pass it on

I was thinking more on the lines of tracking it through who opens the file. Maybe a file hosting service is the direction I should go. I know box.net lets you know when someone downloads your file, but I don't think it logs the IP address.
