Chad Johnson probably shouldn't be on people's lists. Most people like him.
I'll add to my other list:
Skip Bayless--I think he's funny and plays devil's advocate just to get a rise out of people. He's funny if you take his preposterous stands with a grain of salt.
Lou Holtz--I think he's hilarious
Tim Tebow if he counts.
Cam Newton

People I cannot stand: Bill Romanowski, Rex Ryan, etc.

Its his Pedeisms that get to people. My favorite is when the Sox played the Pirates and he walked straight up to Barry Bonds and said, "Its nice to meet the person's who's records I smashed at Arizona (or wherever they went, this is off the top of my head)".
