Correct Dad, I should have specified that ExMob BR's DK was shutting down & not the plant. After speaking to DK's in the LMR area, I believe almost all are still fully functional. As of now, a few places have barges lined up as "contingency barges."

But if river traffic is halted? Too many thing come into play.

from the pics I saw the Rhodia dock is no longer functional.
