Sounds like an area of S. Louisiana we are all familiar with.
Except that there are about a hundred thousand lazy, unemployed, and felonious POSs waiting on their next Gubmint check in N.O., not 2,500. Besides, haven't you heard? All our real trash lives in BR and Houston these days! Ask anyone who lives in either place.
And, as an added bonus, we've got Glassman and Cosmo adding some merit to the situation.

So that would put the unemployment rate in NOLA at around 30%. Gotcha dumbass. Jesus Christ, how can a person be this stupid? Do you take Lee Chatelain, Tyger Ryno or Bayou stupid pills at night?
