I would never have thought of moving Mingo from LB to DE and moving Rasco from DE to LB. I don't like this move.
However, Chavis has made much more money coaching defenses than I.

Chavis likes the undersized speed rushers at end. Bigger DE's are usually moved to DT in his scheme (for example, Pep Levingston)

Rasco is a Strongside D-end in Chavis' scheme. He will play at about 255-260 and he is very strong
