IDK they have a point... going 8 years without a SEC Championship would put Les in a very hot seat

But I see things trending up, not down. We're a year away from not having JJ anymore and hopefully running a competent offense. Two legit quarterbacks waiting in the wings to come in and produce.

I think we win at least one or two SEC championships within 5 years. Things seem to be looking up, but maybe I'm just being overly optimistic.

Nope just a 21 point lead going into the 4th quarter though

We are on a mission to outnumber Lsu fans that won't accept les miles is a good coach
see this is where your double digit IQ has failed you... all I did was laugh at you when you said Saban hasn't maintained anything, I never said Les was a bad coach, poor coach, or any kind of coach.

Well I agree things are trending up, I am saying they have a point if Les goes another 5 years without an SEC Title, it would then make 8 years since he last won one.

Yeah but you have no problem pointing out les' shortcomings and questioning his decisions so it is pretty obvious that you don't think highly of miles.

I don't think it's optimism. 8 of 11 starters are back in 2012 on both sides of the ball assuming no one declares. I definitely believe Lsu will win the sec in 2011 or 2012 or both.

Again you suffer from a problem of deciphering between second guessing = hate.... I mean you think being critical is hating a player for crying out loud. I questioned Saban when he was here as well, I bet you would have said I hated him as well.

You are exaggerating what I think. I don't think criticism of a player is hating. I think the continuous repetitive criticism of a player is unproductive and unnecessary. You believe that repetitive criticism and beating dead horses is positive behavior. I think its hate when some posters choose to use personal attacks against players.

No, I am not

We've been through this you do, it is apparent how much it bothers you

You should protest continuous repetitive threads as they are more damning

I just post the same thoughts about the same things in the same threads that pop up weekly... again you should lash out against the repetitive threads

I think its hate when some posters choose to use personal attacks against players.

and yet this is about the third or fourth time you have attempted to call me out when I haven't done any of that. It just furthers my point about you believing criticism = hate

I think Bama paid Saban to win titles, not target 10 win seasons.

To be fair to me, at the time I didn't realize 10 wins was the benchmark for maintaining. If Bama loses 3 again, the rumblings will begin in Title Town.

I do feel sad that Maximus has not been able to lactate enough BBQ sauce, to nourish the Sabanistas. SlowFlowPro has failed you on all fronts. Even minor leaguer, The Egg, can barely manage a Yano joke these days.

Just couldn't maintain anything..

and LSU is not paying Les to win titles?

considering the statement "Les has averaged 10 wins a season" it must be the benchmark for many individuals

I'm honestly not calling you out for it. I believe you and rogertheshrubber to be pretty civil when it comes to the qb debate threads. I'm making a general statement about posters that are just posting hate and not just fan criticisms.

I don't believe that continuous criticism of a player is productive. If you call that me getting "bothered" by if then so be it.

This list is a joke. Saban at first is the only thing I agree on; five of the top ten guys I wouldn't have in my top ten and the rest aren't even close to where I would rank them.

You're truly an idiot whose pursuit in life is to over analyze statements made by people on this board that would otherwise have nothing to do with you. My triple digit IQ think you need to get a life.

Common sense told everyone but you we are discussing active coaches. Urban Meyer doesn't coach at Florida any longer. Is Bear Bryant still at Bama? if so, he has 6 titles. What about Jimmie Johnson? Is he still at the U? My point through this was it's a lot easier to establish a winning culture than to maintain it. For that, I think Les's 6 years at LSU are a great job because his entire tenure at LSU has been to maintain what Nick Saban started. He is way higher than 10; that's FACT. Ask Larry Coker how easy it is to maintain a winning culture. Nick Saban can coach and build that culture, no doubt, but hasn't stayed anywhere long enough to prove he can maintain it. Does he deserve to be 1? Sure, but there's an argument for other guys as well. And, he is not on another level in coaching. There are plenty of other guys with titles that can be grouped together with him. Let's see him win another with Bama before putting him up on this pedestal. Winning 1 title just makes him Gene Stallings. LSU and Les will win a title before your idol wins another and both the media and you can eat it when Les is put on this pedestal. In fact, once Bama loses 3 times again this year, I would not be surprised to see him hop another jet plane to his next deal.

BTW, I hope you aren't an LSU fan. If you are, that makes you an even bigger tool.
