Seriously Tnut, there's something to Be said about establishing a winning culture and then maintaining it. Saban is incredible at establishing it. Let's see him stay somewhere longer than 5 years to see if he can maintain it. He is obviously one heck of a coach but IMO, not on another level. Where exactly were these people excited about 9-4. The Lsu fans I go to chucky cheese with want to win the title each year.

Most coaches with a title compete for their conference title. Les established a winning culture at Ok St relative to expectations. Lsu was already winning when Saban hopped a jet plane. I realize you are a Saban apologist, so I'll leave it here. I need to go tuck my son in. I said some regrettable things such as the hummer, etc and asking if you were retarded. That was out of line, but I was only responding to your comments. I guess it all depends on what you define as "maintaining." your definition isn't my definition.

The facts you have presented just tell me that les is as good as Saban and vice versa. When Saban had no QB, he lost 4 games at lsu. Has les blown a 24 pt lead? If they gave away trophies for competing for a conference title, Saban would win every year. I was referring to the jet from BR to Miami. I have 12 kids. We are on a mission to outnumber Lsu fans that won't accept les miles is a good coach. He is about to prove the doubters wrong next season. After all, he only needs to compete for the sec to maintain.
