Golden Band at spring game

I was just wondering if anyone knew if the band was going to be playing at the game and also walking down the street before? I know they have before just want to know because I am bringing some kids and it will be there first time

I know they are playing during the game. Not sure about down the street though.

I think its gonna be like last year where we did a little pep rally in from of the pmac then went into the stadium..its not the full band just a little under half

Is the full band going to the spring game or just a pep band?
On a semi-related note, is LSU sending the full band to Dallas for the Oregon game next season?

Nothing has been said officially for Dallas, or at least no notifications have been sent out, but im pretty sure full band would be going.

Prob just a 100 member pepband, which is less than 1/3 of the full band

I'd think y'all are going to get the smaller travel band. The athletic dept. isn't going to fund two OOC full band trips a year.

I know how expensive it is. I think we used 15 charter buses last year to bring the full band to Baton Rouge. Plus you have to think about the per diem for each band member. Eats up the money pretty fast.

I'm willing to bet that the Oregon game in Dallas will be the only full band road trip. We didn't send the full band to any SEC away games last season did we?

Each section has about 2-4 section leaders..I mean youre right that theyre talking about 50..just sayin..same size as washington trip two years ago

I've been to 2 spring games (2009 and last year).
Never noticed them do a march.

i think it is just over 90 people signed up to play at the spring game tomorrow. we arent going to march. probably going to play a pep rally at the pmac
