Does the women's basketball team bring in that much revenue to merit that salary?

They brought in a good bit of revenue in the late Gunter years and Pokey years but lost money the last few years. Besides, when any sport is good, it generates free marketing for the school, so I guess it is justified if we start making final fours again.

I'm pretty sure the WBB team loses money each year.

Whether it does or not, clearly does not influence whether LSU pays for quality coaches or not. And rest assured.........................they got a quality coach with this hire.
