Cupid's Cafe on Coursey next to Vineyard

Anyone been? Looks shady from the street. It was supposed to be Aiden's pub but never happened, according to some people. Is it part of the vineyard? If it is I ain't going.

didn't i see they had a "jucy lucy" advertised over there ? basically a straight rip off from one of the man v. food segments they did in minnesota over which place had the best "juicy lucy" .. basically a cheeseburger with the cheese in the patty ..

they seriously smoke inside? isn't that illegal? i'm happy with eating at the chimes late at night or waffle house seems to hit the spot. i give the place a few months. this side of baton rouge just isn't open to new things like that. and smoking makes me sick as is.. but having someone that owns or works there smoking INSIDE the dinning room is absolutely sickening. i won't even try it.

Both illegal and inconsiderate, but the fact that they openly thumb their noses at restaurant laws really makes me question what other improper things are going on in the kitchen as far as food handling.
The place gave me a shady impression, and it seems to be mostly a Vineyard late night drunk snack bar. The times I've eaten there, I've been the only customer, but there was a bit of traffic in and out. Things just aren't right about this place.
