my one experience there was not great. then again i tried to get a grilled chicken sandwich and they brought out a hamburger. it wasn't bad, just didn't get a good vibe in there and i don't know how the seafood is

I was under the impression from reading this board that the only option in Monroe is Johnnys

Catfish Cabin has the best hushpuppies ever!!!
The fish was not bad, not great but not bad.

The hushpuppies are the bomb. Were you just passing thru or are you in Monroe for a few days? I can recommend some good restaurants.

I always got the all you can eat fried catfish and fried shrimp. Not much spice, but very good for the price.

I would go to Catfish Charlie's instead of Catfish Cabin.
