"Secret" Restaurants opening up for a few hours during the week?

Not sure what this is all about or even if it is true. May not even be some secretive thing, but that's how it was described to me.
Supposedly some place in the city that is not open on Sundays (or closes for this) has some burger special?

M/V Burger(I think that is the name) operates out of Slim Goodies on Sundays.
Kind of the same thing that the pizza place is doing.
