You are talking about a freshman. He has only pitched 7 innings up to now. That was an entire game for Mccune. His pitch count ran up as well. If you would be saying, maybe pt him in the 8th and he throws 2 straight balls or the first sign of trouble pull him.... I would definately have been on board.
