olive oil, vinegar, seasoning
I don't eat salads normally b/c I'm a picky eater so I'm trying to develop my own dressing. Thanks.

Not sure I'd waste olive oil, but you can always make a vinaigrette.
2 parts oil
1 part of vinegar
add seasoning and mix until creamy.
I'd probably go with Vegetable Oil because of cost, and add osme salt, pepper, roasted garlic, maybe the juice from a lemon, throw some fresh herbs in there, and you've got the makings of something better you will ever find in a grocery store.

1 part vinegar
dijon mustard
3 parts oil
seasoning to taste
****The mustards help create an emulsion and keep the vinaigrette together
