That's a tough one. Yes, it's the highest selling game, and a lot of times, is really fun. But it has way too many issues for a game of it's caliber. And from my end, probably 90% of the problems revolve around latency issues. Hit markers, phantom knives, and knives that can extend to like 10 in front OR back of your opponent.

But what is Treyarch going to do? They already have all the money they would need from the game. Why fix it?

This is the correct answer IMO though. For the studs who are 2.5 k/d beasts no matter what, this doesn't matter much. For the guys who suck (me) or even marginal/decent players, this is a huge issue. I can't stand hearing 5 bullets hit my target then seeing the killcam and I just barely got off one shot. The past week had pretty much been a rage quit party for me b/c of this.

ETA: and my ping is usually in the 20-35 range. 15 at its lowest, 36 at the highest, so i have a decent connection .

For the longest time, I was a 1.6 K/D, but lately I've dropped down to a 1.5 and have been holding steady. I'm too much of a run and gun guy to ever have a high K/D. I'll have games of 20-5 or 16-4 quite a bit, but then you run into those issues pretty bad and I'm doing no better than 11-10 or 11-14. It's frustrating. I'm not a pro, but I'm pretty decent, and the latency pretty much becomes an equalizer.

I can make an entire full-length montage of hit marker fails and "why does it not look like I even pulled up my gun when I know I emptied half my clip into him" clips. I was a final kill-cam victim the other day, and I swear, the guy painted a rainbow around me. Never came close. But I dropped

But sometimes, BLOPS makes up for it:D

BLOPs is garbage. Lag infested crap fest. One game youre god the next a whole clip cant take anyone down. All latency related issues that Treyarch refuses to fix.

And OP, if you aren't going to tell us the various reasons you held of on buying it in the first place, how do you expect us to give you an informed opinion?
