That's pretty much all you need. I mean the guy never has the ball and they give them possession. Much worse than phantom penalties on Arkansas. If you want some penalties though, there were 2 phantom pass interference calls that aided in 2 touchdowns for Oregon in the last 2 minutes-Man that's a lot of 2's-to help them win the game.
