a. the fact that you can be jailed for this is pretty comical. and don't compare this to stealing. there was no actual theft of any object. there is nothing tangible that is lost which must be replaced
b. i don't see how a person having a page with links to OTHER PEOPLE breaking copyright laws is, in fact, stealing anything from anyone. the persons who owned the links are the revenue thieves
