What are the requirements to get in? I'm assuming admissions are fairly tough coming from private school?

BR High is a lot like CHS/SJA in that those 3 schools get a lot of bright kids who are destined for success and were so before they enrolled at those high schools. BR High has a lot of LSU professor kids. I don't think the school can take credit for producing those Merit Scholars. Catholic is similar, but I do think Catholic develops character better than anyone. They don't get through to everyone, but the discipline, commitment, work ethic stay with most grads for life. We all probably agree that those traits are more critical for success than smarts. That's my 2 cents.
