I'm not a big fan of the Messicans rooting up the same fields I pay to play on either, because I'm sure their contribution to the field upkeep is somewhere between 0% and 0.0%.

why can't we all just get along and share the fields??

but seriously, this whole thing is dumb. if brsa controls the use of the fields and they tell lafayette no, why can't lafayette just go somewhere else? go play at indy, those fields are always open. i do get how it pisses Chris off that he isn't being allowed to use them, but what did he expect?? to leave brsa, form a BR based branch of another club to compete with them, and then just expect them to let him use their stuff?

on another note, where does ODP fall into this? they have a pretty big group now and I saw them out playing a couple of weekends ago.

Beans, how long have you been playing on BRSA maintained fields? (serious question...)

They've gotten substantially better in the last 2-3 years.

The Mexicans (and I don't know if the Latino "La Liga" pays for the use of the fields or not) I'm talking about are the ones that play 19 v 19, in the pouring rain, because they aren't painting or roofing.

The two fields at Indy that are closest to Airline are an absolute nightmare because of that, and there's one at Burbank that isn't the greatest because of that.

Like I said... there are tons of soccer fields in BR. The ones that are being paid to maintain, SHOULD be protected/restricted.
