In the past I've always tried to use Chackbay crab/crawfish/shrimp boil seasoning. Is this stuff still available, and if so where around Baton Rouge can I find it?

Yes, it's what I use. I know rouses in bayou country still carry it. Not familiar with BR.

dont waste your money on that stuff. get online and go to targil website. order art's seasonong. nothing compares to this. this is coming from a big boy who can put down 25 lbs. of crawfish at one sitting

I'm a big fan of Chackbay myself. I always use it. I get it from Pierre Part Store, Rouses in Labdeiville, houma, and Thibideaux. I'm not aware of any place in Baton Rouge selling it. If so, please let me know.

Can you find Chackbay on the Northshore anywhere? How about southshore?
