Glassman, talk to me about the price for using fabric and resin to cover a framed foam board box measuring 6'long x 4 ft wide x 6'6" walls with a hipped roof 8' tall at the peak. The floor would get glassed too.
Assume structural layers in all of the corners and a double layer for the floor with 1.5" thick imbedded plywood.
ETA: fiberglass and resin materials only no labor please.

Which type of glass(fabric) and what type of resin?

I don't know. I would be building it from scratch and want it to be light, strong, durable, and waterproof.
My plan is to build the frame out of 2x2 white pine on top of 2 laminated pieces of 3/4" plywood. Then black in using foam board and glass over that on the exterior and then finally glass in the floor.

Ever been to his camp in deer park?

Inside glass on the floor pan only (floor and 12" kick around the floor). After thinking about it I could just use layer of thin plywood for the kick. So maybe just the floor.
I had invisioned the floor being like a transom with the wood of the floor completely encased in fiberglass.

I'll work you up something in a little while. I have the square footage just needed to know how many layers or inside and out.

No rush. The only supplier I have foudn around her is west marine and they wanted me to be able to carry it all out to my truck with my one remaining leg and arm.

I forgot to ask what are you going to coat the outside with for UV protection? Gel coat?

I was planning on painting it camo or O.D. green

There is OD green gelcoat. We call it pirogue green. I sell 80% of that in SLA.

Glassman. You may not know it but you helped me rebuild my boat in 09. Your suggestions and expertise were greatly appreciated.
