Frog Legs

Won't be long before the Frog legs will be ready for the pots. What's you way of cooking them up? Frying seems to be the default anwser, but what else? Sauces? Gravies?

Try the following and see if you like it:

#1) Combine sea salt, cracked black pepper, minced garlic, olive oil, tarragon, white pepper, lemon juice, a touch of soy sauce, a teaspoon of honey, and a teaspoon of Worchestershire sauce.... Marinade & Grill...Before you serve put a handful of scallions and parsley on top

#2) Marinade the frog legs in a combination of melted butter and one can of Adobe/Chipolte peppers (with the sauce) Grill....

You won't be dissappointed with either....I do my quail like #2 and it always comes out very good.

Grilled with some seasoning! The best way to cook them IMO!
