I had a lot of dirty rice left over a while back and was curious if I could fry it up like boudin balls. I looked online at boudin ball recipes and it seemed like it would work. But the dirty rice had ground beef in it and not chicken and sausage so

Boudin balls is an interesting thought...
I could take out the larger portions of chicken and fry that up in just a matter of minutes. Thanks!
