Book it. Not just good players, but DIFFERENCE MAKERS throughout. I'll admit I am a rankings guy, but not with this class. Off the top of my head, Landry, Rasco, Johnson, Mettenberger, Collins, Hilliard, OBJ, and tons of underrated Tyrann Mathieu like players...Magee, Randle, Jenkins, etc. This is a great day for LSU.

You said "Book it" so I guess I have no choice but to believe you.

I think you are right, but I am sort of ticked our class isn't more highly ranked. Rankings are for the fan mostly..and I want LSU to be near the top...Seeing Alabama #1 ever single year is getting to be a joke...seriously, how is he doing it?

We have top talent coming out of Louisiana this year..So, many of us that follow recruiting felt a top 3 class was certain...How we fell out of top 5 and top 10 in many rankings seems like the carpet got yanked from under us.

We didn't finish strong IMHO..but the loss of 2 schollies didn't help

Getting Jernigan would have totally lifted my spirits about whole thing...and put us in the top 5 on all rankings.

Oh well

I do know that Magee and Micah are solid 4 star guys, they are under-valued in the rankings, when they they play that will come out.

I hate being behind Alabama or Auburn in anything

It does suck not to get the recognition knowing what kind of a class this truly is. There is no class better in my biased opinion.

A year ago could we have imagined a better scenario? Sylve and Robinson depart, but everyone else stays? Wow.

I promise you Saban is gonna be around every year. The guy can recruit. We will be battling each other every year.

this is what pleases me the most about this class...when the linemen are good, nobody notices and the skill positions get credit...when they are bad, the whole world knows....this group should shore us up for years to come...

Certainly the addressing of the LOS on both sides of the ball was crucial. That and getting a legitimate quarterback is what excites me the most.

So what. We have Coach Miles and he's more than a match for Nicky in this state, and Les can reach over into Alabama when necessary.

He's a great recruiter but I'm not too sure about that statement

Final BCS ranking will tell the story on the past couple plus this years class and that's the only ranking that counts for me.
Great job by the staff!

He's a great coach. And he will be every year until he decides to hang it up.

the truth....nothing, absolutely nothing works if you don't have solid oline play.

screw the rankings....this is a cornerstone class that will fill needs immediate and future. Les and staff should be smoking big, fat cigars right about....now!
