The word "overrated" doesn't mean the guy sucks, it means he gets way more credit than he deserves. This seems to happen often w/ QBs who happen to play on championship teams that rely on other great aspects besides the passing game to attain that success.

+2. He would have no super bowls with a middle of the road defense.
