He told the guy to take it off several times and the guy refused. If the guy is the GM of a dealership large enough to get 250K sponsorship from the Bears he is most likely a pretty good business man and knows how to deal with employees. He didnt get there by accident. My dealership is much smaller but I cant imagine in the same situation the guy refusing to take the tie off. Thats just insubordintaion IMO.

all the manager had to do was send him home for the day.
