Gumbo weather!!

My favorite- smoked turkey neck, sause, tasso, & smoothered okra gumbo! I always did the chicken thing but found that people ate around it. The pot was always left with a ton of chicken. So, I started useing smoked necks instead and the pot is wiped out! If you live in an area where smoked meat is common, I advise you to go for it! Enjoy!
