Yet here you are mentioning Mikimoto which is a pretty visible place on Carrolton.

That's because it used to be a schitthole. They used to have fish names printed on white paper and hung on the wall to signify that if you ordered in the sushi was $1.00 a piece. They could have just put $1 a pice on a sign, but I guess the paper taped to the wall was more eye catching.
