Mauck had awesome leadership skills and was fundamentally sound. JJ has a ways to go before he can be as good as Mauck. Part of this process will for JJ to be more humble and staying focused. Can he be like MM? Yes. Will he? Who knows. Maybe Mettenberger will make him better.
