Define "rarely". I have never believed the feminist line that "women don't lie" about rape. There have been too many cases that proved otherwise. The accused has to be given the benefit of the doubt. That having been said, I believe that most women are truthful about it.
Are you suggesting that women mostly lie about it? If so, get that Black Knight shite outta here.

I'm suggesting that the law (or those enforcing it) gives women a fair bit of leniency and power and that they abuse it. I'm not stupid enough to suggest that they mostly lie about it, but in this situation, it's more than probable. Based off of personal experience.
