In regards to the MLB, the more games you play, the more likely you are to distill the total of 8 (same as the NFL - not too many) best teams to make the playoffs. MLB, by far, has the best system for crowning the champ.

i just wish the MLB spaced out their series so teams had to use all 4-5 starting pitchers, like the regular season
