Seems fair to me. If we really want Miles, and at this point we do, an extension with a few years sheltered is appropriate. We couldn't really expect Les to turn down Michigan in exchange for one year renewable with no guarantee. For anyone who hasn't noticed, Les and his staff earned it this year.

His Defensive, special teams and running back coach earned something this year. The rest didn't.
