Gruden is not coming here, or anywhere else....said so himself

I was listening to the post-game show on ESPN radio last night...Gruden and Tirico were calling the game. They had this exchange as they were signing off:
Tirico: Well, Gruden, what are we going to do on Monday nights now??
Gruden: I don't know buddy! I will be in touch soon!
Tirico: Are you going to take another job?
Gruden: (laughing) No! I will be right with you next year!
(and he said this without hesitation and sounded serious)
Tirico: Good! I am sick of people asking me that...
Take that for what it is worth...sounds like Gruden wants to stay in TV.
Yes, I know, coolest of cool stories, yet factual.
Tirico: Well, Gruden, what are we going to do on Monday nights now??

my Brother lives in Tampa and follows Buc football closely. the sentiment there is that he ran that team into the ground. not sure you really want him at LSU. I sure don't.

Exactly. What else is he going to say? If he is in discussions for a job, I doubt he would say anything during the broadcast.

His "price" for Miami included having his brother as OC, a $1 million salary for the brother, and the guarantee he would be the new HC if Jon left. I don't know for sure if that would be the same for LSU, but if so frick that.
