if true, that is something that could keep Miles in BR.

I thought she didn't like Baton Rouge?

she has never come off as a bitch
she'll let Les makes his decision
she'll let Les makes his decision

Isn't that what all women do?

What a grateful wife.
S because Les makes a lot of money she isn't allowed to have an opinion??

If Les Miles decides to leave for Michigan, it won't be solely his decision IMO.

So someone who knows someone who once met Kathy's maid's sister-in-law's brother's barber told someone to tell Ponamsky?
Sounds like gold to me.
Let me guess. You believe all the "Elvis is alive" stories in the National Enquirer too.

I find it hard to believe she doesn't want to move back there.

If you saw Skip's statement this morning, this is the only reason anyone should have any hope at all that Les stays. He's got four kids in school from ages 7 to 16. That's not an easy move for his family.
I still think Miles is hell and gone but this is the only angle that could work to keep Miles which exactly why Skip exploited it in his statement. Skip knows how coaches think and knows what kind of leverage LSU could use to try to keep him.
Again, I still think Miles is gone, but the family angle is about all LSU has in trying to keep Miles at LSU.

She also is around their children 100x's more than Les is. Maybe the family really enjoys it here and have made lots of friends.

If it's true, I think it has more to do with the kids.

wasn't she the womens bkb coach there?

I know for a fact both Kathy and Les really like it here, that is why I have a hard time believing he is going to leave. Contrary to belief on this board, Miles gets a lot of support from his fanbase. Especially when he isn't coaching on gamedays.

Ummm... I didn't say she isn't allowed to have an opinion on it, but IMO if she is the one bringing home $4M/year, then she can have a meaningful opinion.
Does she even work?
I am not trying to attack her, because this report is likely garbage, but it's more how some women control their husbands when they are the reason they are living the lifestyle they are.
If she could make the type of money Les is making, then maybe she'd deserve some kind of major say in this.

Where again did I post my opinion? Oh that's right, I just posted a fricking link to a story readily available on ESPN's website.

you are putting her on blast as destroying Les' dream for
Les: What do you want to do honey?
Wife: Honestly I don't want to move back to Ann Arbor.

or maybe in a real relationship Les takes into account the feelings of his wife?? If any of this BS is true that is

She may want to, at some point later in life. Uprooting 4 young kids is no easy feat. It may be more worth it to her (and Les) to offer their kids some stability.
As a parent some times you have to make the tough decisions that are in your kids' best interests.

no offense, but this is possibly the most insanely idiotic view of relationships I've seen here. Have you ever had a girlfriend?
